According to news reports from Kenya, Don Solo is being held by Police in Nairobi over fraudulent acts.
It has been reported that Don Solo forges his travelling documents and that he has been staying in different hotels without paying the bills.
Kenyan Police revealed that Don Solos passport indicated that he was a South Sudanese but the document was run on immigration records they discovered that the visa imposed was fake. The visa showed that he had been to Australia.
Don Solo was therefore taken to court and he is being charged with forgery and illegally being in Kenya.
