First son, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba has warned presidential aspirant, Kyagulanyi Ssentamu a.k.a Bobi Wine that he will be defeated and crushed should he try to seek presidency through violent means.
Flying to social media, the senior Presidential adviser on Special Operations boasted how the army is way too stronger for Bobi Wine to even attempt an offensive. He advised him that he should not even think of fighting.
“I told you, my young brother, that you can NEVER intimidate us. We are much stronger than you can ever imagine being. If you want to fight we will simply defeat you. We want peace! But if you attempt to fight us then Bring it on!” he wrote.
Muhoozi made these remarks shortly after Bobi Wine was whisked away from his bodyguards to his home where he is being heavily guarded shortly after his nomination to run for Presidency.
The General went ahead to commend security operatives for doing a great job in handling the ‘Bobi Wine phenomenon.’
To Muhoozi, Bobi Wine’s offer to increase salaries of security personnel as part of his manifesto is a means of bribing them to his side, eventually inciting treason.
“Indeed it’s not by surprise that’s why he said and emphasized to increase the salaries of the security men because they are doing a better job just like an hour ago to position him well back on track,” he added.
