NRM strong hold and presidential adviser on Kampala affairs, Catherine Kusasira has declared the 2021 Presidential elections won by her party boss, Yoweri Museveni.
The faded musician said that Museveni is the best in governance and she can’t help but feel that the country’s top seat is his for another term.
“I feel like we have already won the elections, because our President is the best in governance, i want all of you to stay sober, we are going to win.” she said.
The legislator made these remarks while heading to luwero where Museveni will be kick-starting his campaigns.
