Ward Wizard Uganda Becomes the Official Sponsors of Wakiso Giants

Wakiso Giants have announced a new sponsorship with Ward Wizard Company Limited as their shirt sponsor on a one-year rolling contract as they inject in UGX 200 million which will be broken down into installments on a quarterly basis with UGX 50 million disbanded every quarter. Other in-kind benefits embedded within the sponsorship.

The sponsorship deal will see VYOM included at the front of the club’s jersey for next season. Motorol will be printed at the back with Joy e-bike taking the slot on the sleeves.

The Purple Sharks have gone on to set themselves apart with the club’s rigorous branding and marketing strategy as they searched for strategic partnerships.

“We have come a long way but we promise to always move with you as one family. You have stuck with us through the hard times under lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic,” Wakiso Giants CEO Kamoga Sula said in a press conference.

“We have worked on streamlining and strengthening the club in our bid to become the best club in the country. We are grateful for the partnerships we already have and wish to grow even further. Today we unveil a new sponsor Ward Wizard Uganda. They have opted to join us in a partnership that will have Ward Wizard become our shirt sponsors for the next season,” Kamoga added.

Ward Wizard joins the list of Wakiso’s partners who include Wakisha Resource Center, Kyadondo Secondary School and Papo Restaurant who were their previous shirt sponsors for the club.

“It is a great story to our association with Wakiso Giants. It started with introductions to Hassan Lule (Wakiso Chairman) and since then it has been a smooth process of negotiations,” Ward Wizard Managing Director Nirav Shar disclosed.
