The president of the Uganda Musicians Association, Wycliffe Tugume a.k.a Ykee Benda has cautioned fellow musician,, EeZzy against redoing his Tumbiza song.
EeZy, real names Opoka Eric released his Tumbiza Sound track about four months ago but was banned by UCC which claimed that the song decampaigns the SOPs set by Government to curb COVID-19.
After negotiations with the Ministry of Health, EeZy promised to redo the song in such a way that instead of preaching against SOPs, it will sensitize the masses about the seriousness of the virus.

However, Ykee Benda is not happy with the development and has advised the musician against re-doing the song unless government pays him a fortune.
“I have just gotten the news that the @MinofHealthUG has asked or ordered Ezzy to re do the song and share with them to approve the content.”
“As a president I am so against this and I strongly advise you, Ezzy do not dare Re do that song ! Unless they pay you more than 30m,” he tweeted.
