Source Management songstress Spice Diana has withdrawn all charges against Ritah Dancehall whom she accused of making unfavorable remarks about Spice Diana ‘s concluded concert which triggered Spice Diana’s anger hence dragging her to prison.
Through Katuntu and Co. Advocates, Spice Diana and her manager filed a lawsuit and sought UGX 100 million in damages.
While addressing the media, Ritah vowed not to adhere to Spice Diana’s request and maintained that she would rather go behind bars than apologize or pay the said amount of money.
And over the weekend, Ritah was arrested and detained at Central Police Station (CPS) Kampala over alleged defamation.
Ritah’s arrest, however, caused a stir among the industry stakeholders, including Sheebah Karungi, Ziza Bafana, Little Joe, and others.
In a video seen by this website, Ritah Dancehall apologized to Source management boss Lubega Roger and singer Spice Diana and retracted the defamation she earlier uttered.
Spice Diana accepted Ritah’s apology, dismissed the complaints made against her, and the pair put aside their indifference before starting a new life chapter.
