Info reaching our website indicating that one of socialite Charles Olim aka Sipapa’s vehicle have been impounded by security operatives.
A few days back Inspector General of Police ordered Traffic Police to impound Sipapa due to his Continuous flouting of traffic laws.
This was after incident where Sipapa was accused of knocking another person’s car while in company of armed security personnel and later they threatened to shoot him.
Social media was a washed with Complaints from members of the public asking for security intervention’ into Sipapa’s behavior .
And it caught IGP’s attention and who gave oders through the police spokesperson Fred Enanga to Traffic and Road Safety director to trace and impound sipapa’s car.

And today AIPG Asan Kasingye has confirmed through his twitter that Sipapa’s vichcle had been impounded .
