The Inspector-General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola has said that the first days of campaigns have been filled with disobedience of guidelines put up by the ministry of health and Electoral Commission.
It should be noted that Health Ministry had allowed public gatherings of not moreĀ than 200 people for campaign rallies something that Bobi Wine and his supporters have nit respected.
