Pia Pounds Vows To Sue London Promoter Over Defamation

Local Singer Tracy Kirabo aka Pia Pounds has bitterly vowed to sue London promoter over defamation.

This comes after promoter coming out accusing her of  stealing his money and fails to turn up to perform.

Pia refutes the allegations that she was fully paid and fail to turn up saying that it is not true ,that it is the promoter who is making false allegations about her to cover their own actions.

Adding that her management and promoter failed to come to terms that is why she didn’t made it to London.

She boldly warned them against destroying her brand with false accusations that defamation is crime and they continue her team and her will seek legal redress as she addressed it on her socials .

“I would love to apologize to all of you my fans in London for having not made it to Last night’s show. It was not of my making.

In my life’s story, you know I’ve had the utmost respect for my fans and would never do anything to let you down.

It is a huge dream of mine to be on a stage in London.

However, it’s unfortunate that the promoter and my management failed to come to terms.

An allegation has been made that I stole the promoter’s money, but that is not true. The claim that I was fully paid is not true either. It might be that the promoter is making false allegations about me to cover their own actions.

Those who follow my story know my work ethic and how much I value my fans. This allegation is an offence to my fans and I, and it damages my brand and the reputation I work so hard to build.

Two days ago, I gave this no relevance because I knew the promoter knows the facts and is probably just promoting their show, but they continue to misrepresent the facts.

Defamation is a crime and if this continues, my team and I will be seeking legal redress.

To my fans, especially those in London, those in the rest of Europe and beyond, once again, kindly accept my apologies. It was out of my control.

I look forward to engaging with you soon, and to perform for you.

Have a blessed 2022!”,she posted.
