Empowerment Christian Center lead Pastor, Franklin Mondo Mugisha has been petitioned over fraudulent acts.
A group of Pastors and headteachers under the Umbrella of Hands Across The World have petitioned the state house Anti Corruption unit head Lt.Colonel. Edith Nakalema to investigate both Mondo Mugisha and Pastor Silaje Ssemando of Bombo Revival Church.
It has been confirmed that the two have solicited over 5bn Ugshs inform of foreign trips, school fees support and income generating schemes under Operation Wealth Creation in the name of the President and first lady Janet Kataaha Museveni.
