Uganda police has impounded government drugs from private Clinic in Gganda -Nansana Wakiso district worth Billions .
The police carried out an operation at Brocch Medical services and arrested one nurse after being informed by area residents of a truck that offloaded boxes of drugs on to other cars yesterdays.
Police with help of ministry carried out investigation to trace the origin of the drugs and at end of search it was found to be government stolen drugs with mark “USAID” and GOU-Not for Sale.

The Police at Nansana yesterday 17th/06/21 carried out an operation at Brocch Medical services, a clinic in Gganda Wakiso district at around 5pm.
This operation was as a result of information from locals, who informed the police that trucks had parked at the clinic and drugs were being off loaded and put in other vehicles .
The police led by the OC CID Nansana responded and they were able to recover drugs on a parked Tipper vehicle.
The drugs recovered were marked “Joint Medical Stores, Nsambya”, “USAID” and *GOU-Not for sale*.
Patience Kilenzi, a nurse in the clinic, was arrested and she is detained at Nansana Police Station.
We have also impounded motor vehicle UAP 088P as part of the wider investigations continue.
