Musician Richard Kasendwa alias Ziza Bafana has come out to reveal why his music career faded away after years of stardom.

Speaking to journalists, the faded rapper said that his fellow musicians who were his competitors bewitched him and therefore ended his career as a musician.

He revealed that most musicians in Uganda use witchcraft and he has become one of the victims.

“Some of the musicians in the industry use witchcraft, it is such things which are still affecting us as the industry. I am a victim of African industry, ” he partly said in an interview with a local YouTuber.

Ziza Bafana started his professional music career in 2011 and he had never looked back hence becoming one of the best new school artists. Not very many artists of this generation stand out artistically but Ziza Bafana had proved to be a master of his unique dancehall music genre.

Being one of the most outstanding artists in Uganda and one of the best performers, Ziza Bafana also managed to tour around the world showcasing his artistry in countries like South Africa, United Kingdom, Turkey, E.A, Sweden, Amsterdam and Southern Sudan.

However, the “Gyayo Ntekeyo” singer later changed management and this is when his career as a musician started to fade away. He has not released a hit song in years.

This was when the singer turned to using drugs due to frustrations. Sources have it that he uses every type of drug and is living an un promising life following his bitter split with manager Roger Lubega who is now managing Singer Spice Diana.
