Christian Life Church leader, Pastor Jackson Ssenyonga is currently under hot criticism for his outrageous comments on the death of the late Pastor Yiga Augustine Abizaayo. His wife, Eve Ssenyonga has however backed him up.

Shortly after the death of Pastor Yiga, Jackson Ssenyonga called a press conference at his church and explained his views about the news of Pastor Yiga’s demise which spread like wild fire.

Jackson explained that Yiga was as good as dead since he was not a true pastor and worst of all, he infected his followers with the incurable HIV, an unforgivable sin according to him.

Pastors like Mondo Mugisha and born again loyalists alike rallied behind Yiga and fired harsh words at the Makerere based pastor.

This however seems not to have affected Eve Ssenyonga in anyway. She believes firmly that her husband only spoke the truth and wondered why any man of sense would attack a speaker of Truth.

Go and hang. You have no right to condemn my husband. My husband didn’t attack anyone but only was addressing the public and sending a message to the remaining upcoming pastors and teaching them like any concerned pastor. Pastor Ssenyonga won’t apologize to anyone,” she said, during a church service yesterday.

Attacking him for telling the truth about the late Yiga was not only arrogant but disrespectful. Whoever abused Pastor Ssenyonga owes him an apology. The Bible tells us in 2Corinthians 5:21 that tell the truth and it shall make you righteous.” the Christian Life Church senior pastor added with admirable energy.
