It is reported that Former Vice President of Uganda and Speaker of Parliament (Rtd) Hon.Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi was recently rushed to hospital while in terrible condition.
According to imbaragaradio reported that Ssekandi became unconscious at Dubai International Airport on Wednesday While on his return from Washington DC,USA for his vacation and his wife .
That Ssekandi who is extremely unwell and that he is currently getting treatment at Rashid Hospital in Dubai.
