Former manager to rapper Jocelyn Tracy aka Keko, Shadrack has spoken out about rapper’s current condition.
This comes after keko appearing on live instagram video with pale face and teary eyes and looked high.
Her state attracted many Ugandans who called up the music community and relevant authorities to join hands and rescue rapper from drowing in drugs.
While appearing on one of local TV station ,her former manager shadrack said that keko started using drugs while she was still in Uganda but it was on a minimal scale and he denied allegations of teaching her how to use drugs.
He stated that he didn’t have the moral authority to tell her to stop using them because he was just music manager and social manager.
He added that Keko was a very successful artist while she was still in Uganda,that she might be going through some depression given the fact that she is not home and not active in the music industry like she used to be.
Keko left Uganda for Canada many years back for studies and later decided to settle there as a citizen but things seems not working well as she anticipated .
