The Uganda U-23 football team to open up their account at this year’s CECAFA U23 Tournament in Ethiopia with a match against DR Congo today at 1Pm
The game is slated to take place today Sunday, July 18, at 1:00 PM EAT at the Bahir Dar International Stadium in Mogadishu, Ethiopia.
The 2021 CECAFA tournament will feature nine countries including Eritrea, Djibouti, Burundi, Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, DRC, and hosts Ethiopia. It will run from July 18 to 31 in the town of Bahir Dar.
Uganda was pitted in Group A with DRC and Tanzania, Group B has hosts Ethiopia, Burundi and Eritrea while Group C has Djibouti, South Sudan and Kenya.
