The retired Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, Stanley Ntagali has apologized for involving in ‘unholy’ acts with a married woman.
While responding to tweets from government spokesperson, Ofwono Opondo announcing Stanley’s ‘sin’ to the world, Stanley fell on bended knees in apology.
“I apologise to my family, the church of Uganda and the whole Christian fraternity and most importantly repent to the most high. Nothing can be done to account or take away this but the blood of Christ I’m sorry Uganda. Forgive me God!!” Stanley wrote.
It should be noted that earlier this week, the acting Archbishop of Uganda, Bp. Kazimba suspended Stanley from conducting priestly duties over adultery.
